Buckwheat husks have excellent micromassage effects and, thanks to their structure, so-called shape memory - they do not put excessive pressure on areas when heated/cooled, which also helps relieve pain.

The cherry pillow performs the same function as the more commonly used buckwheat pillows. Cherry stones accumulate heat and cold very well. They have a pleasant massage effect and do not lose volume. They are excellent as a cooling pillow - they can help reduce fever or relieve burns. (It is possible to keep it in a micro-thin bag in the freezer permanently.)

Inhaling the scent of lavender is calming, helps to suppress nervousness and eliminate depression. It relieves dizziness, headaches and anxiety. It induces a pleasant fall asleep and a peaceful sleep.

Heat the pillows in the microwave for 30 seconds, for example. Remove, shake and repeat until you have the desired temperature.
We recommend a maximum of 1.5 minutes. Be careful, if heated for a longer time it can be very hot and humid. To cool, place in a microwave bag in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Detailed instructions will be included!
