You can heat the pillow e.g. in the microwave for 30 sec. You take it out, shake it and repeat until you have the desired temperature.
We recommend max. 1.5 minutes. Attention, it can be very hot and humid when heated for a long time. Exact instructions will be included!
Can also be used as a cooling pad. (To cool down, place in a microtene bag in the freezer for about 30 minutes.)
